Part-time Administrator Responsibilities

As the Part-time Administrator some of your duties will include:

  • Taking and directing incoming calls and mail
  • Maintaining office supplies
  • Tracking job planning and ensure workflow system up to date
  • Maintaining client data
  • Raising invoices and managing credit control
  • Companies House filing for clients and managing filing deadlines
  • Assisting with office duties
  • Coordinating office health and safety

Part-time Administrator Experience

The successful candidate for this Part-time Administrator will be well versed in working in a busy and challenging environment, who is confident in liaising with clients and colleagues.

You will be:

  • Confident and organised with a positive attitude
  • Excellent written and spoken English, and a polite phone/email manner as well as some numeracy skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Drives with own car and willing to work from the West Oxon office once a week.
  • Office administration experience (finance industry experience desirable)

Location

Our client’s office is based in Oxford City Centre, with train and bus routes very closeby. There is another office in West Oxfordshire at which you are required to work from one day a week.
