Are you a motivated and experienced PA?

You will start in this exciting developing company as their newest PA to the two Executive Directors. You will start immediately and bring your knowledge and enthusiasm to this fast-paced role.

This role is to start ASAP and will be ongoing for 2 - 3 months whilst they source a permanent member of staff. You will of course be given the opportunity to apply for the permanent post should you be interested and successful in the temporary role.

Temporary PA to the Executive Directors Responsibilities 

  • Complex diary management
  • Arranging travel itineraries
  • Scheduling internal and external meetings
  • Email management
  • Assisting with reporting and PowerPoint presentations
  • Managing ad hoc projects

Temporary PA to the Executive Directors Rewards

A competitive hourly rate is offered alongside holiday pay. Please note, this will be paid on a PAYE basis.

Temporary PA to the Executive Directors Experience

  • Previous EA/PA with prior experience supporting senior members of the business
  • You will have experience with email management, creating presentations and reporting
  • You will have experience arranging travel and complex diaries
  • Strong IT, social media, and online networking skill
  • Able to remain calm under pressure and adapt to last minute changes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic, can-do, proactive attitude

Location

Based in East Oxfordshire (OX1). There is parking available on site.

The standard office hours are 9am-5:30pm with an hour’s lunch break. This is a hybrid work setting opportunity, with 1 to 2 days on-site.
