We are looking for an experienced candidate with a passion for teamwork and a self-motivated attitude, willing and able to get involved across different areas of the business.

Junior Administrator Responsibilities

As the Junior Administrator some of your main duties will include:

  • Ensuring listings are ready for the live auction
  • Uploading photos, videos and documents
  • Ensuring that car histories are photographed and filed correctly
  • Greeting customers upon arrival and assisting with their requirements
  • Ensuring paperwork is correct and ready
  • Preparing advertisements on websites including eBay, Classic Trader and Piston Heads

Junior Administrator Experience

To be successful in the role, you must have excellent IT skills and a passion and willingness to be part of a small, successful team. You will have strong administration experience and the ability to manage workflow and prioritise different tasks, as well as a keen eye for detail.
 

You will also possess strong written and verbal communication skills. If you are fluent in French, Italian, German or Dutch this would also be highly advantageous, however not essential.

The Company

Our client is a global company in the arts industry.

Junior Administrator Location

Based in Oxford, OX14. Staff generally work 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday. This will be a 100% office-based role.

There is plenty of onsite parking available and the office is located on an excellent public transport route also.
