Programme Assistant Responsibilities

As the Programme Assistant some of your duties will include:

  • Provide crucial support and coordination for funding applications and process, monitor and track each application accurately.
  • Track expenditure and legacies
  • Monitor and measure impact of funding alongside Media and Communications teams to ensure branding, visibility and sharing of success stories.
  • Regular, timely and accurate reporting for various teams across the charity.
  • Provide appropriate support and visits to hospitals as necessary

 

Programme Assistant Rewards

Alongside a competitive salary of up to £25,000 per annum, the Programme Assistant will receive the following benefits:

Programme Assistant Experience

Your experience in managing records and information will mean you are fully competent in the use of Microsoft packages and databases to support the development of the function.

You will be able to demonstrate:

-       Passionate about healthcare; helping both patients and staff

-       Educated to degree level or equivalent

-       Experience working in a similar role (programming, project support or administrative)

-       Confident and organised with a positive and proactive attitude

-       Excellent written and spoken English

-       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

-       Experience in the Charity/Healthcare sector, and working with databases are desirable attributes but not essential

Location

Our client’s lovely office is based in Headington, Oxford (OX3) with free parking onsite, and there are also close public transport links. Working hours are 37.5 per week, Monday-Friday.
