Luxury Personal Shopping Coordinator

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, client facing, high net worth luxury team. You will be supporting the Personal Shoppers in dealing with client appointments, virtual shopping, bookings and reporting. The role will also host guest appointments and recommend clothing/accessory options when required.

Luxury Personal Shopping Coordinator Responsibilities

This position will involve, but will not be limited to:

  • Handle the day-to-day operational tasks (booking and hosting appointments etc) needed to

support the Personal Shoppers

  • Manage bookings ranging from client and brand appointments, reserved parking and couriers
  • Assist virtual shopping appointments
  • Responsible for setting up & cleaning up appointments
  • Work closely with the Personal Shoppers to process orders for approved products, returns and exchanges for unwanted items on behalf of our guests
  • Handle database entries on existing system
  • Be proactive in staying ahead of new products, services, and trends that may be of interest toour guests

Personal Shopping Coordinator Essentials

You will have fantastic customer service experience in the luxury market or hospitality. You will have excellent communication and relationship buildings skills, with good initiative, adapatability and flexibility. A strong interest fashion and the luxury market is a must for this role!

Location

This role is based on-site in Bicester, working Monday – Friday. You may be required to work on the weekends on occasion and therefore flexibility is needed.
