We have just registered an impressive opportunity in East Oxford on a temporary basis. As the Temporary Project Administrator, you will be responsible for providing clients with an excellent customer experience, working within a team-oriented environment applying your own initiative. This role will assist with the implementation of the charity's large scale multi-stakeholder programmes of work, making meaningful and tangible differences to people's lives.

Temporary Project Administrator Responsibilities
- Assisting with client and project management tasks
- Building relationships and developing good customer care
- Resolving and actioning client queries, front-line communication with clients, including escalating where necessary
- Working collaboratively within the team and external partners to successfully complete service delivery to the highest standards
- Ensure all surveys comply with regulatory requirements and organisation working practices
- Ensure that all data is collated, accurately stored, communicated, interrogated and analysed in compliance with GDPR and all regulatory requirements
Temporary Project Administrator Rewards

Temporary Project Administrator Requirements
It is essential you have:
- Previous experience of maintain existing client relationships
- The ability to confidently manage sensitive/confidential data
- The ability to efficiently work to tight deadlines on multiple projects
- Are self-motivated and resourceful, with a hands-on approach to get up to speed quickly
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong IT skills; proficient with MS Office, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Experience within social/healthcare research or market research is desirable but not essential.
