Temporary PA Responsibilities
Your main duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Extensive diary management
- Travel and accommodation scheduling
- Organising and setting up calls and meetings
- Daily morning briefings with the Director
- Processing expenses using MS Excel

Temporary PA Requirements
You will be highly organised with the ability to work to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining an excellent standard of work. Your CV must demonstrate previous experience of working as a PA at Board level.
The successful candidate will have good communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to remain calm under pressure. With meticulous attention to detail, you must be competent with a range of IT packages, particularly Microsoft Office.
As you will be working within a close-knit team, your attitude and sense of humour are equally as important as your skills!
The Location
Our client is based in North Oxfordshire. There is parking available at the office. Please note this is a full-time, office-based position.
