HR & Recruitment Coordinator

One of our most dynamic and forward-thinking clients is seeking a HR & Recruitment Coordinator You will be responsible for the identification, selection and HR processing of the summer delivery teams comprising of teachers, campus management and pastoral staff. You will manage all vacancies and applications, reporting on progress internally and providing candidates with information and updates at each stage of the recruitment process.

HR & Recruitment Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Advertise vacancies in a timely and professional manner, utilising a variety of job sites and internal database of candidates
  • Manage HR processing of the summer staff
  • Search for, screen and match candidates for suitability and eligibility
  • Schedule and attend interviews as required
  • Maintain the vacancy tracking documents and produce internal reports
  • Obtain all relevant documentation prior to recruitment, obtaining references, arrangement of DBS reports etc.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding process for summer staff

HR & Recruitment Coordinator Essentials

The ideal candidate will be a highly organised, committed and proactive individual, with experience in a HR or recruitment function. You will be energetic individual with excellent attention to detail, who uses initiative, with a polite and positive manner.

Location

Based in their central Oxford office with hybrid working available, working 40 hours per week. You will be required on-site mostly during the peak summer recruitment period.
