We have a fantastic new opportunity to support the customer service team within a leading pharmaceutical company. You will be responsible for processing orders, liaising with couriers and managing order fulfilment.
Customer Service Administrator Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
- Processing sales orders accurately in a timely manner.
- Handling inbound telephone calls and emails including sales orders and customer service enquiries.
- Registering new customers and maintaining records in accordance with due diligence procedures.
- General administrative duties to contribute to the smooth running of the department.

Customer Service Administrator Essentials
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer service role, and will represent the company core values; professional, customer focussed and dedicated to the provision of excellent service.
