This is a unique opportunity to join a highly successful company that has continued to grow this year. As a Personal Assistant, your role will be to facilitate the smooth running of several stakeholders’ busy schedules, alongside ad hoc project work.  

Personal Assistant Duties

As the PA, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Diary and email management
  • Scheduling internal and external meetings
  • Meeting preparation and follow up
  • Travel and accommodation booking
  • Expenses and timesheets
  • Providing holiday cover for other members of the PA team

Personal Assistant Experience

To be successful in this position, you must be a strong PA with at least 1-3 years’ experience in supporting C suite level stakeholders in a business capacity. Above all, you will have excellent communication skills, proactive nature and maintain a strong team-working culture.

You will be happy taking on responsibilities, such as supporting projects, alongside daily PA tasks like diary management and minute taking.

Personal Assistant  Location

This role will be working initially on a hybrid basis in their lovely, modern offices in a rural location (OX13) for 3 days a week. Please note you must be able to drive.
