Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a step up into a PA role? This would be the perfect opportunity for an organised, highly personable and efficient Administrator who is ready to take on a role as Personal Assistant within a busy, dynamic and growing business.

Personal Assistant Duties

As the PA, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Diary and email management
  • Scheduling internal and external meetings
  • Meeting preparation and follow up
  • Travel and accommodation booking
  • Expenses and timesheets
  • Providing holiday cover for other members of the PA team

Personal Assistant Experience

To be successful in this position, you must be a an experienced Administrator and have demonstrable experience handling a busy workload, dealing with multiple tasks at any one time. This would also be a suitable position for someone who has Project Assistant experience and enjoys supporting various stakeholders.  Strong communication, organisation and prioritisation skills are highly vital for this position and it requires someone who is capable of working under pressure.

Personal Assistant  Location

This role will be working initially on a hybrid basis in their lovely, modern offices in a rural location (OX13) for 3 days a week. Please note you must be able to drive.
