Customer Service Executive Responsibilities
Reporting to the Operations Director, some of your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Delivering excellent customer service through telephone and email communication.
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders on a range of activities.
- Coordinating bookings and events.
- Liaising with Directors on customer feedback and trends.
- Assisting with generating reports for various stakeholders.
- Collaborating and getting involved with ad hoc projects.
Customer Service Executive Experience
This is an exciting opportunity, perfect for someone who has demonstrable experience in a similar customer facing role and has the ability to be reliable and personable on all levels. The role requires someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills therefore, a professional telephone manner and advanced writing skills are essential. You will be a confident self-start with a positive, can-do attitude. You'll also be excellent at problem solving and a collaborative team player. A good understanding of MS Office including PowerPoint and Excel is desirable.

Location
This is a full time; permanent position working a shift pattern blocks from Monday - Thursday, Wednesday - Saturday & Sunday - Wednesday, on a rotational basis. The working hours are 8am - 6pm.
This position is hybrid working, with two - three days working in their offices based in OX33, Oxford.
