We have registered an exciting opportunity for a Partnerships Co-ordinator to join our client working within the charity sector.
Partnership Programme Co-ordinator Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Partnerships and National Partnerships Manager, some of your duties will include but are not limited to:
Discovering, acquiring and managing opportunities to engage with prospective corporate partners and developing these into partnerships with the company, whilst also maintaining existing partner relationships to optimise the benefits for the company and the partners involved.
Attracting and recruiting new regional partners by attending prospective client meetings and trade shows to drive collaborative partnerships.
Acting as the point of contact for partners, introducing partners to the relevant company departments where required.
Tracking the effectiveness of partnerships by collecting and maintaining relevant information and data.
Organising and owning the training for external partners. Working with the company's training provider to coordinate bookings, budget & billing as well as monitoring the process and ensuring accurate feedback and reporting.
Providing expertise and advice to the leadership team regarding priorities, trends and projections in line with company strategy.

Partnership Programme Co-ordinator Experience
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of curating and developing excellent relationships with large corporate organisations, preferably in a B2B or a community-based role. You will have a natural enthusiasm and ability to pitch and present the company through client meetings and partnership engagement opportunities, therefore it is essential that you have excellent and adaptable verbal and written communication skills. A full UK driving license as you will be required to travel to events and meetings throughout England and Wales during out of office hours on occasion.
Location
Based in Oxford, this is a hybrid-working role. The working hours are 35 per week (9am - 5pm, with an hour for lunch) plus occasional out of hours work.
