German Speaking Customer Service Specialist 

We have registered a fantastic new opportunity with our client, a leading international luxury retailer. This unique role would sit within their wholesale team and see you proactively problem-solving, offering clear communication and resolution to their valued customers and wholesaler clients within an office-based environment.

German Speaking Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities

This dynamic and fast-paced role is focused on providing exceptional customer care. This role will include responsibilities of:

-    Communication with customers via phone and email

-    Data entry and updates

-    Resolving post-order queries and creating an action plan for customers

-    Providing knowledgeable customer and client advice 

-    Liaising with the wider customer service team to provide a seamless service across all areas

German Speaking Customer Service Specialist Experience Essentials

To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for exceptional customer service, have previous experience in a customer service-related role or within an office-based environment. You will have strong communication skills in English and German, written and verbal, take responsibility for the end-to-end process of customer concern resolution and thrive in a bustling team orientated environment.  You will need so feel comfortable with basic IT skills though further training will be provided on this. A proactive can-do attitude would best fit within this dynamic team.

German Speaking Customer Service Specialist Location

The offices are located in Harwell, OX11.

This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with a minimum of 3 days in the office. The standard start and finish times are 8:30am - 5pm.
