PA to Retail Directors

Are you an experienced PA who is skilled at prioritisation, thinking ahead and taking initiative? Our client is seeking a fantastic candidate to support the Retail Directors and oversee the creation, maintenance and implementation of departmental tools, company systems and projects.

Please be aware, this role is a Fixed-term Contract for 12 months.

PA to Retail Directors Responsibilities

  • Extensive management of the diary, including scheduling all meetings, engagements, conference calls and travel, taking into account their degree of urgency
  • Creation of all brand meeting materials
  • Various project/research work
  • Communication across European teams
  • General coordination and administrative support

PA to Retail Directors Requirements

The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Personal Assistant or complex diary management. You must be highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a hands-on, practical approach to problem solving and process improvement. The ideal candidate will also have a strong interest in luxury fashion.

Location

Our client is located in North Oxfordshire. There is onsite parking and excellent public transport links.

This role is working 40 hours a week, 9am - 6pm. Hybrid working is available for 2 days in office, 3 days working from home. Please only apply if you are available for work at short notice.
