Temporary Reception & Customer Service Administrator

Do you have customer facing experience in retail, hospitality or any luxury environment? Have you gained previous exposure within a corporate front of house position or administative assignment?

Are you an excellent communicator who is passionate about delivering first class service? If so, we have just registered an exciting opportunity with one of our amazing clients!

This is a 40 hour a week, shift based role that will include working evenings and weekends - this is not flexible, so please only apply if you are able to commit to this.

Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start quickly, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

Temporary Reception and Customer Service Administrator Responsibilities

  • Acting as the first point of contact for enquiries, feedback and issues
  • Processing and confirming bookings with a range of internal and external contacts
  • Liaising with internal departments and managing communications with them
  • Proactively identifying  opportunities to enhance the visitor experience
  • Upholding the highest standards of professionalism, courtesy and hospitality in all guest interactions
  • Day to day administrative tasks

Temporary Reception and Customer Service Administrator Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service and the desire and ability to deliver to world class standards
  • Proven administrative skills gained in a corporate setting
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proactive approach
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Computer literate, particularly with MS Office Suite
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings
