What areas do you specialise in?
We specialise in permanent and temporary roles in Marketing, Human Resources, Finance and Administration. If you don’t have a minimum of six months' experience in these areas we may not be the Agency for you.
How is Allen Associates ensuring the safety of its Staff, Candidates, Clients and Temps during COVID 19?
We would like to assure all of our Clients, Candidates and Temporary Workers that Allen Associates continues to operate albeit with amendments to our normal work practices. We are working within the latest government advice and all registrations, role briefs and interviews are taking place online. All of our phone numbers have been redirected to our Consultants who are all working from home and part time in the office.
What are your opening hours?
You can contact our Recruitment Consultants from 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
What is your policy about visitors to your offices?
We are unable to meet people at our offices at this time. All registration interviews and Client meetings are currently taking place online.

How do I register with you?
We are currently only interviewing and registering Candidates who have applied, and are suitable for, specific roles we have advertised. If you are not invited for a video interview, please follow us on social media and try again when you see another suitable role come up. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

How will you assess my application for roles?
All of our Consultants are REC Qualified and have many years’ experience in matching Candidates to roles and organisations that are right for them. We will carefully review your CV against the criteria outlined by our Clients, including the verbal or written brief they have given us, the Job Description and the Person Specification, before deciding whether you may be a good fit.
Will I need to apply for roles I see on the website if I am already registered?
There is no need to contact us for roles you see on the website as we will contact you about these if they are relevant. Rest assured that if you are registered with us, you will automatically be assessed against each new vacancy as it arises. Please don’t worry – we will not forget you.
Should I keep you updated of any changes to my circumstances?
Yes! Please email us to tell us about any changes to your circumstances so that we can update our records and provide you with the best possible service.
What do I need to do if I want to speak to a Recruitment Consultant?
