In this webinar, Mel Francis, Chartered FCIPD and HR Magazine's Most Influential Practitioner, discusses neurodiversity in the workplace and gives us some interesting updates and insights. Mel brings over 25 years of HR leadership experience and will be sharing guidance on creating workplaces where neurodivergent individuals can thrive.

Mel will be covering:

  • Neurodiversity – what it is and what it isn’t
  • How organisations can be neuroinclusive throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Why neuroinclusion is increasingly important for engagement, retention and performance

Mel will then be joined by Kate Benefer of RWK Goodman, who will explore:

  • The legal responsibilities employers should be aware of
