What were you doing before you joined Allen Associates?
I spent three years working as part of the operations team, with a key role in the finance department, for a marketing and events agency in London. Before that, I worked in events and wedding planning while living in Cape Town, South Africa, where I’m originally from.
What attracted you to Allen Associates?
I started out as a candidate looking for a new job opportunity and after a couple of weeks of dealing with the amazing, friendly team at Allen Associates, I cheekily asked if there were any opportunities for me to join the company!
What do you like most about your role?
I get a huge sense of fulfillment from implementing systems and processes that make day-to-day working life less stressful and less admin heavy for the team. I’m a bit of a process nerd and I love finding and implementing tech and software solutions to help businesses become more efficient and grow.

Without doubt, it’s the incredible people who make up the company and the fantastic culture that just unfolds so naturally. When I registered as a candidate at Allen Associates I felt cared for and supported in my job hunt which isn’t always the case. Everyone here lets their personality shine through while still having a very high standard of professionalism.
Tell us something about yourself and how you like to spend your time.
I’m a qualified Personal Trainer and have a hobby in beauty doing spray tanning and nails. I love cooking and baking so I’m often trying new recipes while blasting music in the background. Always up for an adventure to explore new places, cultures and restaurants, especially if it’s near the beach and if there’s live music involved! And I love to take dance classes to keep strong and fit.
