Lotti Cook promoted to Senior Consultant
We are delighted to announce the promotion of Lotti Cook to Senior Consultant in our Temporary Division. In the four years that Lotti has been working at Allen Associates, she has become a popular and highly valued member of the team, matching our Temps with Employers in a wide range of sectors in Oxford and across the county.
Lotti said: “I’m delighted with my promotion. The last four years have flown by, partly due to the varied and interesting work that I do and partly because of the fun and supportive team that I am lucky enough to be part of.
"Working in temporary recruitment is hugely rewarding. It’s always busy and you get to build long-lasting relationships with temps and employers which is great fun. There is always something new going on. One minute I’m placing a receptionist and the next minute a senior marketing or HR manager. I love watching the way in which people’s careers develop, either from temping or from temporary roles to permanent positions, and it’s very fulfilling to know that I have played a part in this.”
