Over 150 HR decision-makers attended our Zoom HR Hub on 30 March 2023 to hear Malcolm Gregory and Sophie Waller from RWK Goodman discuss the very latest employment topics and bring us up to speed on the implications of new case law.
The delegates, who comprised HR professionals, people managers and employers, were asked for their views on the issues of the day and their collective responses make interesting reading.

Employment tribunals, flexible working, AI and neurodiversity

- 78% - None

2. In the past 12 months, has the number of flexible working requests in your organisation (or your client’s organisation):
- 17% - Increased significantly
- 46% - Increased slightly

3. Would your organisation (or your client’s organisation) be open to using artificial intelligence in the workplace?
- 16% - Absolutely, AI is the future
- 37% - For some tasks, but not others
