Oxfordshire employers are cautious but still forging ahead - the results of our HR Hub poll in January 2024
Employers and HR professionals from across Oxfordshire attended Allen Associates HR Hub to hear Jack Kennedy, a Senior Economist at Indeed Hiring Lab, discuss the UK labour market and share his thoughts on what the data is telling us about recruitment trends in 2024.
As part of these discussions, we asked everyone who attended the webinar to answer five poll questions to provide further insights into how Oxfordshire employers are feeling about the year ahead, their hiring intentions and attraction strategies.
