A raft of employment law changes are due to come into effect in April 2024.

Lawyers Kate Benefer, Lauren Harkin and Sophie Waller from RWK Goodman presented a dynamic and highly informative Employment Law Update to employers and people professionals at Allen Associates HR Hub in March.

More than 200 HR decision-makers attended the webinar, asking their own questions and responding to our short poll.

Their answers to our questions on flexible working, sponsorship of overseas workers, equality and diversity training and staff earnings, are set out below.
