We are Recruiting!

Allen Associates News

We are excited to announce that we are recruiting again, with two new opportunities available to join our busy team in Oxfordshire. We are looking for an experienced recruiter to join us as a Recruitment Consultant. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in helping people to advance their careers while building long-lasting relationships with clients and prospects. We are also looking for a Graduate Resourcer – someone who is genuinely interested in people and will enjoy identifying great quality candidates for our clients' vacancies. This role would be ideal for a well-organised and efficient graduate who is tech-savvy and has great communication skills.

The Recruitment Consultant and Graduate Resourcer will be joining the agency at a time of continuing expansion, as our Managing Director Kate Allen explains:

"The Oxfordshire jobs market is buoyant with businesses of all sizes looking for temporary and permanent staff at all levels to support their immediate needs and longer term aspirations.

"We are delighted to be in a position to recruit again, having taken on two new team members in April to support our own expansion. We like to think that we offer a rewarding and highly supportive environment where people can fulfil their ambitions and have fun along the way."

Managing Consultant Helen Donohue and Consultant Amy Brawn have shared their experiences of working at Allen Associates to give potential job applicants further insight.

Helen said: “There are many great things about working for Allen Associates. Its reputation and brand. The people. The rewards and perks. I feel fortunate to be part of such a collaborative team and to work with such an interesting variety of clients. Oxfordshire is becoming a hub of science and technology advancements with lots of exciting new companies cropping up. I also really like our focus on quality and continual improvement. We get to know our clients and candidates, focussing on long term partnerships rather than taking a transactional approach to recruitment.”

Amy added: “When I joined Allen Associates, I was overwhelmed at how family-centred the culture is and so warmed by the welcome of such a collaborative and friendly team! The Directors are real trailblazers for ensuring that the culture is all-welcoming and inclusive, as well as ensuring that you are exposed to a challenging and varied workload. This is a flexible, warm, professional and fun-filled place to work. It has been a real home away from home for somebody who is not originally from Oxfordshire itself and I couldn’t be happier to be here.”

Based in Oxford, Allen Associates offers hybrid working and is open to discussions around flexible working. For more information on the two roles and to apply, please check out the job links in this news release and get in touch.
