This is a vital and newly-created role within the company, providing much-needed EA support to organize and manage a diary across multiple time zones, as well as complex and detailed international travel, from flights to hotels to itineraries. Executive Assistant Responsibilities
As the Executive Assistant some of your main duties will include:
- Strategic and dedicated EA support
- Project coordination and people management
- Diary coordination
- International travel and itinerary planning
- Developing successful working relationships
- Minute taking, ad-hoc hospitality, catering and assisting with the facilitation of various appointments

Executive Assistant Experience
As the Executive Assistant you will have enjoyed success in a similar role previously, and be a positive, resilient and hardworking person. You will have no problem juggling a multitude of tasks in a fast paced and demanding environment. Ideally, you will be confident with minute taking, complex international travel arranging and enjoy communicating with high level senior stakeholders. You must have excellent communication skills and be well organised in your approach. You will be confident, proactive and resilient.
Location
This position will be fully office based in Kidlington, Oxfordshire.
