This is a brand new role, created due to the workload of the EA pool team. This PA position will provide support to these EAs as well as support 4 Senior Leaders.

It is a varied role where you will have involvement across 3 companies and lots of opportunities for development as these companies move away from start ups to established companies.

This is a brand new role, created due to the workload of the EA pool team. This PA position will provide support to these EAs as well as support 4 Senior Leaders.

It is a varied role where you will have involvement across 3 companies and lots of opportunities for development as these companies move away from start ups to established companies. 

Personal Assistant Responsibilities

As the Personal Assistant, some of your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Managing diaries and scheduling meetings across multiple leaders and companies
  • Coordinating travel bookings and itineraries
  • Preparing meeting agendas, taking notes, and tracking follow-up actions
  • Supporting with expense claims and basic reporting
  • Drafting correspondence and preparing presentations
  • Maintaining filing systems and records
  • Coordinating small team events or meetings
  • Acting as the first point of contact for routine queries and requests

This is a full-time, office-based role. The hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm.

You will be based onsite in Oxford City Centre. There is no parking available but there are excellent transport links.

Personal Assistant Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous PA experience. You will be experienced at handling confidential information and competing demands. You must be adaptable and versatile, able to read the room and adjust your work style and support depending on the Executive Leader you are assisting on each task. You will also be a team player, able to work with a range of different personalities. You will be proactive and collaborative with a can-do attitude. You must be proficient across the MS Office suite. You will have proven experience of providing PA support within a changing environment or start-up business, working across different departments. 

Location

Our client is based in Oxford city centre. This is a fully office based role.
