Executive Assistant Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
- Managing the CEO and senior leaders' diaries, arranging meetings, and prioritising commitments to optimise their time and productivity.
- Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and producing high-quality reports, presentations, and briefing documents for internal and external audiences.
- Handling sensitive correspondence with discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Supporting business development activities, including stakeholder engagement and project coordination.
- Assisting with recruitment processes, onboarding, and HR documentation.
- Liaising with internal teams, external partners, and community stakeholders to facilitate relationships and operational activities.
- Managing miscellaneous administrative tasks to support the leadership team's strategic objectives.
Executive Assistant Rewards
- Salary of £40,000 - £45,000.

Executive Assistant Experience Essentials
- Proven experience supporting senior-level executives, ideally within regulated sectors such as aviation, healthcare, legal, or financial services.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident in professional relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools.
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Supportive attitude, with proactive problem-solving abilities and a warm, approachable manner.
Location
