Allen Associates welcomes two new team members

Hannah joins our permanent recruitment team as a Consultant, having worked in retail management for most of her career, and most recently as an in-house recruiter.

Julia is a self-confessed ‘process nerd’ who has joined our agency in the newly-created role of Operations Executive. Julia is working closely with our senior management team on the day-to-day administration and operations of the business.

Our Managing Director, Kate Allen, said: “This has been an exciting and rewarding year for Allen Associates as well as a challenging one, with unprecedented demand for temporary and permanent business support staff at all levels. With good quality candidates in short supply, we are delighted to have been able to attract Hannah and Julia to our growing team.

“Hannah is proving herself to be an asset, building rapport with our clients and candidates and supporting her fellow consultants in identifying the best people for a wide range of permanent and mostly Oxfordshire-based roles in PA and Administration, HR, Marketing and Finance.

“Julia is already making our systems and processes her own and looking at ways to innovate and streamline some of the way we do things.”
