We're seeking a proactive individual to oversee all transactional and finance business partnering responsibilities for this small finance function. As the Group Finance Manager, you'll play a key role in bringing external accounting services in-house, with the potential to build a finance team in the future.

Finance Manager Responsibilities

  • Managing staff expenses and payroll
  • Preparation of year-end accounts and tax returns
  • Financial reporting, cash flow forecasting and budgeting
  • End to end auditing process
  • Improving business processes and control, and harmonising finance functionality

Finance Manager Experience

This would be a suitable position for someone who is an experienced fully qualified or qualified by experienced Accountant with broad transactional finance exposure. A confident, proactive and resourceful individual, you will enjoy problem solving and rolling your sleeves up to oversee a successful finance function. Experience with QuickBooks, Xero and Advanced MS Excel skills are preferred.


Location

The office location will be based in Cowley, Oxford and will be fully office based.
