This warm and welcoming company is seeking someone detailed and confident to support with improving their current process as well as assisting in the adoption of a new pension scheme.

Please note, this is a temporary full-time position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. The role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

Temporary Payroll & Pensions Officer Responsibilities

  • Propose changes to existing payroll procedures
  • Implement improvements to the efficiency of current payroll
  • Liaising with the payroll provider
  • Deal with payroll and pensions correspondence and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR

Temporary Payroll & Pensions Officer Requirements

  • You must be an experienced payroll professional, able to hit the ground running and ensure the new process is implemented smoothly
  • Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and pensions
  • Pensions administration experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • A proactive approach will be important, as well as the ability to liaise with a range of contacts

Our client is based in Oxford (near Cowley). There is no parking on site, so please consider this when applying.
