Finance Business Partner

Are you an expert Finance Business Partner, looking for a long term temporary contract?  This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to join a progressive organisation supporting strategic financial operations.

Please note, this is a full-time temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. The role will start quickly, so lengthy notice periods cannot be accommodated.

Temporary Finance Business Partner Responsibilities

This position will involve, but will not be limited to:

• Providing high-quality financial advice and analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Engaging with internal stakeholders at operational and strategic levels to optimise financial management.
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Interpreting complex financial data to help colleagues understand financial implications.
• Playing a key role in strengthening financial controls and procedures.
• Assisting in financial risk management activities to safeguard organisational assets.

Temporary Finance Business Partner Rewards

• Competitive hourly rate, paid on a weekly basis.
• Ongoing assignment until the end of March 2026.

Temporary Finance Business Partner Experience

• Proven Finance Business Partner, with experience gained in a complex organisation.
• Ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights clearly.
• Project accounting experience.
• Familiarity with financial management tools or ERP systems.
• Experience supporting financial decision-making within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong IT skills, especially with MS Excel and financial reporting systems.
• A proactive, adaptable approach with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.

Location
Based in South Oxfordshire, with on site parking free of charge.
