Temporary Part-time Finance Assistant Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
- Processing sales ledger activities, including raising invoices and debt chasing using Sage 50 to support cash flow and financial health.
- Managing purchase ledger tasks, including processing supplier invoices via the ExpenseIn platform, ensuring prompt and accurate supplier payments.
- Uploading and verifying reports in Sage 50 to ensure precise financial tracking and compliance.
- Payment runs and performing bank reconciliations to keep accounts balanced and transparent.

Temporary Part-time Finance Assistant Experience Essentials
- Previous experience in finance, accounts, or bookkeeping, preferably within the charity sector.
- Hands-on experience with Sage 50.
- Familiarity with invoice approval platforms like ExpenseIn.
- Proficiency in chasing overdue debts via email or telephone in a professional manner.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
