An opportunity has arisen working for our innovative client, who is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join their growing Talent Team.

Talent Acquisition Partner Responsibilities

As the Talent Acquisition Partner some of your main duties will include:

  • Create and post job ads across various job boards and portals
  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on LinkedIn, social media and during events
  • Source applicants, screen CV's and review job applications
  • Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of suitable candidates
  • Manage a pipeline of candidates and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Report on quarterly and annual hiring plans and track hiring metrics
  • Partner with hiring managers to set criteria for future employees and manage current recruitment requirements
  • Assist with interviewing candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)
  • Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods

Talent Acquisition Partner Experience

This position requires a positive, resilient, and hardworking Talent Acquisition Partner, with experience in a similar role. You must have experience of CV searching on job sites like Indeed, CV Library and Reed, knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites such as LinkedIn, as well as familiarity with applicant tracking systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, good written and verbal communications skills, and the ability to multi-task and liaise with a variety of senior stakeholders.

Location

This is a full-time position based in North Oxfordshire, with hybrid-working available.
