HR Business Partner Responsibilities
The client is looking for a dedicated and competent HR professional with school experience, combined with a positive attitude and a willingness to become involved in academic life. Requirements include and are not limited to:
- Essential: Proven and demonstrable experience working in a school's HR environment.
- A successful track record in managing complex employee relations cases.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships.
- Either an existing HR Business Partner or an aspiring HR professional ready to take the next step.
- A strong understanding of current education HR legislation and best practice.
HR Business Partner Rewards
This is a hybrid role with 1 day per week spent at our central team office working alongside the HR and payroll team; and the remainder of your working time spent visiting schools or working from home.
Hours of work: * FLEXIBLE* Full time and part time options are available for this role including term-time working or all year round (52 weeks per annum). The client is ideally looking for a minimum of 4 full days per week or 30 hours across the week

HR Business Partner Experience
The successful candidate will have previous experience as an HR practitioner and experience gained within the education sector essential; along with a proven track record of handling a range of complex employee relations issues and casework. A driving licence and access to a vehicle for travelling between schools is required for the role.
Location
The office is based in North Oxford and there is parking at the office.
