Temporary HR & Systems Advisor (ER specialist) Responsibilities

This position will involve, but will not be limited to:

  • Providing consistent and compliant HR advice to stakeholders across the organisation
  • Supporting managers in delivering best practice people management and employee relations
  • Leading on data management
  • Advising on employee case management including performance, disciplinary, grievance, and absence cases
  • Coaching and developing managers on employee lifecycle management
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
  • Using your knowledge of HRIS systems and PowerBI to enhance reporting and insights

Temporary HR & Systems Advisor (ER specialist) Rewards

  • Competitive hourly rate of £22.40 per hour plus holiday pay, paid via the Allen Associates weekly PAYE payroll
  • Opportunity to develop skills in employee relations, HR systems, and project work within a supportive HR environment

Temporary HR & Systems Advisor (ER specialist) Experience Essentials

  • Member of the CIPD (or equivalent)
  • Extensive experience of dealing with individual and collective employee relations issues
  • Ability to work independently and lead on full range of people management matters
  • Experience working with Trade Unions
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems and PowerBI for reporting and analysis
  • Strong understanding of employment legislation and case management
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills for working with managers and employees

Location

Based in East Oxford, there is limited parking on site.
