Event Operations Coordinator
We have a wonderful opportunity for an Events Operations Coordinator at one of our fantastic clients. This role will involve ensuring the operational and logistic excellence in the delivery of internal programmes and events both externally and internally.
Event Operations Coordinator Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
- Organise events, including all logistics, from first point of enquiry to on the day delivery.
- Provide business development support.
- Provide marketing support where needed for all commercial events.
- Support operational and strategic projects as required.
- At times, where required, attend evening and weekend events for which time off in lieu will be given by agreement.
- Ensure high standards of service delivery across all touchpoints

The Company
Our prestigious client is based in Central Oxford. This role is hybrid with Tuesdays and Thursdays based in the office. The role will require office-based working when managing an event on site however.
Event Operations Cooprdinator Essentials
- Experience in event planning and operational delivery.
- Ability to organise event logistics from concept to completion.
- Strong ability to translate clients needs into actionable plans
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, data handling)
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce
Location
Our client is located in central Oxford (OX1). There is no on-site parking due to the location, but excellent public transport links and Park & Ride options are available.
