This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator, and client services coordinator, to join this small and growing company and be an integral part of the growth of the organisation.

 

Client Relationship Manager Responsibilities

The Client Relationship Manager will support the Business Owner in ensuring the smooth day-to-day administartive operations of the business and assist them with diary and workload management.

This is a busy and varied role and so your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Email and diary management
  • Email, call and face-to-face liaison with external stakeholders and clients
  • Preparation of written correspondence ensuring compliance and confidentiality
  • Financial administration 
  • Meeting scheduling
  • Dealing with systems and IT issues and liaising with IT & Admin Centre
  • Preparation and signatory of client files, and collating relevant data

This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday-Friday. You will be expected to be in the South Oxfordshire office 5 days a week with some ad hoc home working as needed and at the discretion of the Manager.

There is scope for personal career development without the glass ceiling and scope to increase salary based on performance. There will also be a performance related bonus.

Client Relationship Manager Experience

To be successful in this role you will have a genuine interest in financial services. You will have strong business administration skills and proven experience in an office/ business environment and be outgoing, confident, resilient and happy in a client-facing role. You will be comfortable picking up the phone to liaise with suppliers, or clients as needed (rather than relying on emails). You will enjoy speaking with potential and current clients in the office, being the 1st point of contact and building up strong working relationships and you will be happy to get out in the community meeting people and helping to grow the client-base. 

If you have an interest in developing a career as a Paraplanner, there will be scope to do this over time, taking on more duties and dealing with clients as you learn in the role. If your career path is more admin focused you will have the scope to help improve processes and day-to-day business operations and eventually become an Office Manager, over time, as a new team member is recruited into the administrative role in the future. But first and foremost you will be willing to do the administartion work. 

This is a client relationship role and requires strong networking, and excellent written and verbal, communication skills and the ability to take ownership of your day-to-day workload. You will be curious and eager to get to know the clients by 1st name and enjoy human interaction. You will have a proven track record of providing general office administration support including diary and email management, data gathering, letter writing, client servicing, meeting scheduling. You will be organised, proactive, self-motivated and keen to learn. You will have good attention to detail and accuacy in your work and be able to multi-task and prioritise a varied administartive workload. 

Location

Fully office-based in south Oxfordshire. Full-Time (flexible working hours) Monday to Friday.
