Our impressive client is seeking a motivated Temporary Office Administrator to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and proactive individual who enjoys being at the heart of a busy office environment. In this varied and essential role, you'll act as a central point of contact across the business, supporting colleagues in multiple departments. You'll be part of a friendly and supportive team, where your input will make a real impact.
Starting as soon as possible, you will be working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and will be ongoing for at least 6 weeks.
Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

Temporary Office Administrator Responsibilities
- Welcoming visitors, receiving deliveries, answering phones, and responding to general emails
- Ensuring the office environment remains clean, tidy, and well-organised
- Providing general administrative support including document preparation, data entry, filing, printing, and managing correspondence
- Coordinating weekly team lunches and supporting internal events
- Assisting with office health and safety compliance
- Managing incoming and outgoing post and courier services

Temporary Office Administrator Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience in an administrative or reception-based role and will thrive in a fast-moving environment. You will need to be confident, adaptable, and able to manage a varied workload.
- Previous experience in administration or within a busy reception area
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Proactive and flexible approach to tasks
