We have registered this excellent opportunity to join a caring and friendly community organisation, supporting the team with a range of critical administrative tasks, covering grants, customer service and outreach.

Temporary Administrator Responsibilities

  • Updating the database to reflect grant applications and reports
  • Carrying out due diligence checks and assessments
  • Reference checks
  • Minuting at commitee meetings
  • Tracking activity against requirements
  • Answering questions and queries from volunteers and members of the public
  • Attending events in person

Temporary Administrator Experience

  • It will be important that you can demonstrate proven administration skills gained in a commercial setting; experience in the charity sector is key!
  • You should have exemplary attention to detail as a major part of the role focusses on assiduous record keeping.
  • You will have experience using Salesforce.
  • It is essential that you are well organised, a strong communicator, and demonstrate strong IT skills.
  • You will be comfortable working on your own initiative as well as in a busy environment and can confidently handle changing priorities.
  • You will be outgoing, friendly and passionate about supporting the team through this busy period.

Location

The client’s office located in Central Oxford (OX1). There is no parking on site, so please bear this in mind when planning your journey.
