Temporary Receptionist Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
- Acting as the first and last point of contact for visitors and guests to create a positive impression
- Providing excellent customer service by greeting all visitors and staff professionally
- Managing administrative tasks such as filing, mail delivery, and receipt of deliveries to maintain efficient operations
- Answering incoming calls and queries via phone, email, or face-to-face interactions with a solutions-led approach
- Booking and recording meeting room requests to support the organisation’s schedule
