Temporary Office Administrator Responsibilities

  • Providing a professional front-of-house service to all visitors and callers, representing the organisation positively.
  • Supporting meeting bookings, preparing spaces and materials for events and meetings.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office records.
  • Processing expenses and invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinating and supporting in-office events and visitor arrangements.
  • Assisting colleagues with ad hoc administrative requests as needed.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of communal areas and resources.

Temporary Office Administrator Experience Essentials

  • Prior experience in a commercial administrative position
  • Confidence working with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Strong organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport

Location
Based near Didcot, the role will require a car to get to it. There is onsite parking available.
