Are you an experienced executive assistant with a talent for managing complex schedules and maintaining confidentiality? This is a unique opportunity to support a key leadership figure for up to three months.

Temporary EA Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
- Providing high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing their complex diary, correspondence, meetings, travel, and expenses.
- Preparing agendas, reports, presentations, briefing papers, and meeting documentation of the highest standard.
- Building and maintaining trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinating leadership team meetings, actions, documentation, and organisational projects.
- Supporting the governance function by managing board meetings, minutes, papers, and statutory requirements.
- Maintaining confidential records, governance documentation, and board information.
- Supporting the onboarding of new trustees alongside the People & Culture team.
- Project managing corporate events and projects as required by the CEO.
Temporary EA Rewards
- 37.5 hours per week, usually between 8:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.
- Hybrid working typically involving three days on site and two from home following initial handover.
- Parking available on site.

Temporary EA Experience Essentials
- Proven experience supporting a CEO, director, or governance function.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint and Teams.
- Excellent diary, meeting management, and organisational skills.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Discretion and judgment when handling sensitive information.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Flexible, proactive, and service-oriented mindset.
Location
Based in Witney, with on-site parking.
