Event details
We're delighted to welcome Tom Hadley, global workforce consultant and future of work activist, as our next HR Hub speaker.
Tom draws on his work with United Nations agencies and global business leaders to translate big picture ‘mega-trends’ into meaningful, actionable insights for HR professionals. A regular keynote speaker and author of over 50 research reports on youth employment, skills, and workforce transformation, Tom has worked at the forefront of shaping the future of work. He previously led campaigns for one of the UK’s leading business organisations, established the Future of Jobs Observatory, and has served on multiple government and international forums.
In this session, Tom will hone in on how the needs, aspirations, and concerns of the next generation of workers are evolving – and how employers are responding.
Topics will include:
- What the latest data tells us about shifting career goals and workplace expectations
- How onboarding, work experience, and engagement strategies are being reimagined
- What AI means for both workers and workforce planning
- How organisations are aligning people strategies with wider business priorities
- The mega-trends HR leaders can’t afford to ignore
There will be opportunities for Q&As afterwards.
