Join the Employment & Immigration team at RWK Goodman for our final HR Hub of 2026, as we look back at the key developments from the past 12 months and ahead to the next phase of the Employment Rights Act reforms in 2027.
This practical session will help employers understand what has changed, what is still to come and the steps organisations should be considering as they prepare for the year ahead.
The session will include:
- Key changes from 2026, including third-party harassment, expanded Right to Work risks, family-friendly rights, the Fair Work Agency and changes to Employment Tribunal claim time limits
- Unfair dismissal reforms, including the removal of the compensation cap and reduction in the qualifying service requirement
- Further Employment Rights Act changes expected in 2027, including increased trade union rights, changes to fire and rehire practices and equality action plans
- Recent Employment Tribunal decisions and their practical implications for employers and HR teams
- Practical considerations to help organisations review their policies, procedures and workforce planning ahead of further changes
