Temporary HR Officer

Are you an experienced HR Officer who is passionate about providing essential business support?

Working in a dynamic and collaborative HR team, you will be responsible for all administration relating to the pre and post employee lifecycle. A varied and fast paced position, you will use your excellent attention to detail and relationship building abilities to ensure a seamless service to the organisation.

This temporary assignment is a part time, 22.5 hour per week role, starting immediately will be ongoing for an initial period of 3 months. Although this is a temporary position, full commitment to the end of the contract is required.

This temporary assignment is a full time 36.5 hour per week role, starting immediately will be ongoing for an initial period of 3 months. Although this is a temporary position, full commitment to the end of the contract is required.

Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

Temporary HR Officer Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the monthly payroll
  • Supporting with the recruitment process
  • Undertaking right to work checks
  • Supporting the visitor process
  • Issuing letters and other general administrative tasks
  • Supporting the wider HR team with their day-to-day work

Temporary HR Assistant Requirements

  • Experience of HR, specifically ER
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experienced in providing excellent customer service
  • Strong IT skills and the ability to learn new systems/software quickly
  • Confident and friendly
  • Good team player
  • Numerate and meticulous; able to enter payroll data with minimal errors

Our client is located in Oxfordshire (OX29). There is parking onsite.
