Temporary HR Officer
Are you an experienced HR Officer who is passionate about providing essential business support?
Working in a dynamic and collaborative HR team, you will be responsible for all administration relating to the pre and post employee lifecycle. A varied and fast paced position, you will use your excellent attention to detail and relationship building abilities to ensure a seamless service to the organisation.
This temporary assignment is a part time, 22.5 hour per week role, starting immediately will be ongoing for an initial period of 3 months. Although this is a temporary position, full commitment to the end of the contract is required.
This temporary assignment is a full time 36.5 hour per week role, starting immediately will be ongoing for an initial period of 3 months. Although this is a temporary position, full commitment to the end of the contract is required.
Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

Temporary HR Officer Responsibilities
- Assisting with the monthly payroll
- Supporting with the recruitment process
- Undertaking right to work checks
- Supporting the visitor process
- Issuing letters and other general administrative tasks
- Supporting the wider HR team with their day-to-day work

Temporary HR Assistant Requirements
- Experience of HR, specifically ER
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experienced in providing excellent customer service
- Strong IT skills and the ability to learn new systems/software quickly
- Confident and friendly
- Good team player
- Numerate and meticulous; able to enter payroll data with minimal errors
