EA to Director

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our warm and welcoming clients as the Director's EA in an established educational organisation. This is a sought after and pivotal role that will offer a high calibre of administrative support to the Director, acting as gatekeeper and point of contact for their extensive international community. This is an evolving role that sits within the Director's close-knit administrative team.
Please note that this role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday and is based on site. This role will require working up to 14 Saturdays per year remunerated at an enhanced rate.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our warm and welcoming clients as the Director’s EA in an established educational organisation. This is a sought after and pivotal role that will offer a high calibre of administrative support to the Director, acting as gatekeeper and point of contact for their extensive international community. This is an evolving role that sits within the Director’s close-knit administrative team.

EA to Director Responsibilities

The main duties for this role include but are not limited to:

  • Complex diary management, coordinating organisational, academic and personal commitments
  • Acting as gatekeeper and drafting correspondence on behalf of the Director
  • Event organisation
  • Hosting high profile visits and acting as point of contact
  • Managing Director’s travel arrangements
  • Meeting attendance and minute taking

EA to Director Rewards

EA to Director Experience Essentials

PA/EA skills are essential for this position, including diary management, meetings, taking minutes and travel arrangements. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, good IT skills and an ability to relate comfortably and effectively with a wide range of people are essential. Experience in a comparable institution would be a further asset. Demonstrable skill and experience in a high-level support will be a particular strength, as well the ability to adapt quickly to changes in schedules and priorities.

EA to Director Location

Our client is located in OX3 and has onsite parking as well as close links to local public transport.
