Temporary Receptionist

Do you have proven experience running a high-profile reception area, gained either in a luxury or commercial front of house setting? Are you an excellent communicator who is passionate about delivering first class service?

If so, we have just registered an exciting opportunity with one of our amazing clients! Please note; this clients works a 40 hour a week, on a shift pattern that may include evenings.

Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start quickly, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

Temporary Receptionist Responsibilities

  • Acting as the first point of contact for clients and stakeholders
  • Booking meeting rooms and arranging transport
  • Taking a large number of telephone calls; relaying messages as needed
  • Day to day administrative tasks

Temporary Receptionist Requirements

  • Previous experience managing a corporate reception desk
  • Proven office administration skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proactive approach
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Strong team player
  • Computer literate, particularly with MS Office Suite
