Temporary Office Administrator (Purchasing) Responsibilities

This position will involve, but will not be limited to:

  • Managing stock orders, contacting suppliers and using internal databases to maintain inventory 
  • Raising purchase orders and tracking items via Excel 
  • Overseeing incoming and outgoing deliveries 
  • Organising and storing deliveries correctly 
  • Creating engineer packs and preparing supplies 
  • Assisting with vehicle and fleet management to include movement, and relocation tasks

Temporary Office Administrator (Purchasing) Experience Essentials

  • Previous administration experience gained in a supply chain, purchasing or fleet management capacity
  • Confident in using Excel and managing inventory records
  • Practical experience in stock control or logistics is a plus
  • Valid UK Driving Licence is essential
  • The role will involve lifting and moving stock and deliveries

Location

This role is based near Didcot, in South Oxfordshire. Parking is available on site.
