Temporary Engineering Administrator Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
- Coordinating maintenance schedules, supporting the department’s core functions.
- Utilising a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to support scheduling, optimise workflows, and track work orders.
- Liaising effectively with contractors and internal managers to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks aligning with business objectives.
- Managing a high volume of administrative tasks independently, prioritising work to meet deadlines.
- Assisting in documenting maintenance activities accurately and maintaining comprehensive records.
- Supporting the team in maintaining compliance and safety regulations.

Temporary Engineering Administrator Experience Essentials
- Proven administrative experience, gained in a comparable setting
- Experience using a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
- Knowledge of GMP standards and preventative maintenance processes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced user of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to interpret technical documentation and solve problems independently
- Previous experience in a GMP environment
