Temporary Legal Administrator Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Legal team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining shared folders to ensure smooth operations
- Uploading and updating documents in the contract management system, tracking new contracts, status changes, and Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) to support the legal workflow
- Logging new contract requests and assigning them to the relevant team members to streamline processes
- Serving as a first point of contact for the Legal team, prioritising queries and facilitating effective communication
- Assisting the Data Protection Officer (DPO) with their requests, ensuring compliance and efficiency
- Supporting the use of online management platforms by updating records, checking for errors or missing information, and helping teams navigate tools seamlessly
- Collaborating across teams to ensure legal documentation and processes stay current and well-organised
- Managing the Legal mailbox, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally

Temporary Legal Administrator Experience Essentials
- Proven administrative experience, ideally supporting legal or compliance functions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently
- Experience with contract management systems or online platforms is desirable
Location
This role is office and site-based, with parking facilities available. The position requires an immediate start and follows a Monday to Friday schedule, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break. Candidates should have reliable transportation to access the workplace comfortably.
